Inviting applications for the role of Oracle ERP Test Manager In this role, you will be responsible to manage, lead & drive projects at onsite, while managing customer with day to day operations. You should be responsible to forecast risks & mitigate risk in the projects, in alignment with Genpact & client.
Responsible for Quality & Test advocacy, resource planning & management, vendor co-ordination,
Resolution of impediments, Risk planning & avoidance for streamlining the processes
Provide best practices & improving the business in line with companies strategic initiatives.
Designing & Implementing Automation framework & guide the team in Automation
Drive test metrics with stake holders & clients
Working with Multiple stake holders for planning release schedules, release management
Working with offshore resources and Plan resource allocation.
Mentoring Teams on System testing, Functional, Integration & Regression testing
Project and program manageing and handling multiple client deliverables
Plan and monitor QA & UAT Phases across projects
Leading Triage calls for defect tracking , closure and Root cause Analysis as required
Setting up & Implemented the QA and Agile testing methodology projects
Advocating the teams to create test strategies, Test planning and Test Summaries
Qualifications Minimum qualifications
Bachelor of Engineering / Degree equivalent to Graduation
Working experience with clients and Business stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent Decision making capability.
Working experience in Test management tools like Jira, ALM
Working experience in preparing Test summary reports & weekly status reports
Working experience in Test planning, Test Strategy, & Risk Management
Working experience with Onsite lead/client directly
Experience in Resource planning and allocation.
