Develops and maintains KPIs, dashboards, and regular reporting read outs to provide insight into state of sales
Collaborate with finance and global sales leaders to provide forecasting, analytics and planning that delivers predicable sales intelligence
Optimize visibility and alignment across the global sales organization to ensure data integrity at all levels of the organization
Evaluate regional territories, account assignments, lead generation, performance goals and compensation plans are in alignment with GEP’s global revenue goals
Manage key internal reporting on win/loss, RFP responses and outcomes
Works with Finance, HR and management to provide assistance with sales incentive programs and compensation planning in order to increase sales productivity
Graduation is compulsory (MBA Preferred)
Experience: 2 to 6 years (Min 1-2 Years’ experience in International B2B Sales environment.
Basic knowledge of MS office tools and CRM (e.g. Salesforce, MS Dynamics, BCM)
Expert in power point presentation, data visualization and Excel.
SAAS background preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
As this role supports globally we would require someone to be flexible with shift timings. (Can be discussed).
