Responsibilities and Duties
Handling communication of the office [Mails, phone calls, letters].
Handling the personal logistics of the professor [travel, boarding etc].
Making Reports and Minutes of Meetings
Liasoning and coordinating with HBN and other offices
Position primarily based in Ahmedabad.
Candidate should be willing to support office and attend urgent task beyond regular office timings [10:00 am – 7:00 pm].
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
A post-graduate with first class in academics is qualified to apply.
Candidates with outstanding academic achievements; but without experience may also be considered for this position.
Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
