Delivering KPI driven model for driving higher trials
Thought leadership on digital influencer marketing
2) Strong Brand Stewardship for existing VMS Brand
Building marketing programs that enable high consumer & expert preference and conversions
Tracking market impact and reploughing investments to drive higher growth
Engaging with cross functional stakeholders and channel heads
Responsible for delivering the plan P&L for India market.
Delivering Digital 360 and E Commerce channel plan
3) Driving Brand Connections
Efficient market mapping and segmentation
Understanding consumers by segments
Deliver communications that fits growth objectives
4) High Business Acumen
Combine foresight with commercial planning and action to drive opportunities
Drive best practices in analysis, action planning and execution to double top-line every year for first 3 years
1) Planning and execution of VMS Global Mega-brand launch in India.
2) Responsible for delivering the plan P&L for Brand for India market.
3) Responsible for brand building and top line and bottom-line delivery through the following.
Strategy and planning
Understanding consumer insights and bringing corresponding science to life
Delivering high impact brand connections
Leveraging multiple channels – including digital and ecommerce – to drive brand growth
Displaying high business acumen in understanding the right growth levers and investing accordingly
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
7 or more years of brand marketing experience in Consumer Products or Over-the-Counter (OTC) marketing with atleast 3 years into Marketing.
The role involves working with the category teams, agency partners, sales team to deliver on Brand strategy / plans. Hence demonstrated ability to create and implement consistent brand plans across regions / channels and through all consumers touch points is a must.
Digital Marketing and E commerce Experience is an added advantage along with a science background.
