Roles and Responsibilities
1) Answering company telephones professionally.
2) Interact positively with customers forging strong customer relationships.
3) Ensure that office policies, processes, and procedures are successfully implemented.
4) General filing and archiving.
5) Makes a good first impression.
6) Provide efficient trafficking.
7) Create strong customer relationships Going above and beyond for each and every guest.
8) Maintain a warm friendly environment Avoid slouching, leaning over the desk, etc. when serving customer.
9) Deal with all work in a timely manner.
10) Deliver all work to a high quality standard.
11) Performing ad-hoc administration duties.
12) Receiving and dispatching deliveries.
13) Possibly handling event coordination, both internally and externally.
14) Organize office operations and procedures.
15) Assisting the HR team with recruitment, on-boarding and termination processes.
16) CRM Management and Admin Management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Eligibility :
Qualification : Min Degree required
Experience: 0-2 years exp in similar field
