Bachelor`s degree or equivalent practical experience
12 years of experience in project management, consulting, strategy, operations, or similar function
Experience leading and implementing high-impact projects with global and cross-functional complexity
Experience cultivating healthy, empathetic, and motivated teams or working groups
Experience working in, or applying focus on, the india market
Ability to lead multiple, time-sensitive projects with varying priorities
Ability to streamline complex processes and implement workflows designed to increase efficiency
Excellent project/program management, communication, and influencing skills (including with executive audiences)

In this highly strategic role, you will be responsible for connecting across gup and google business functions to drive forth an india-first approach across multiple products and servicesIn addition to defining and driving market strategy and local programs, you will be a key advocate for the india user across products, languages, and user segments.

Shape and drive gup’s market strategy for india working across a wide array of gup and google teams, covering multiple products, services, channels, and languages.
Serve as point of contact for multiple google india business leaders and activate gup’s services and capabilities for the market and also serve as point of contact to the global gup organization on india market trends and needs.
Collect, distill, and regularly share india user insights across products to drive local product and support improvements.
Lead market-focused programs that help india users get the most out of google.
Lead cross-product market working groups to support and accelerate country strategy initiatives.
