Come and join us in the CBS Business HR team – we are a team of engaged and professional HR Business Partners who are committed to help translate the business agenda of the Commercial Building Services Division into tangible people and organizational deliverables. This position can be based any where in India, preferably in Chennai
What is the job about?
As our new Senior Learning Partner you will be a key player within our Business HR team. You will support the implementation of the learning agenda in the CBS Division and drive capability building activities that equip our people with the necessary skills to innovate, perform and realize our strategic ambitions.
Some specific responsibilities:
Understand business priorities and translate them into concrete skill and capability requirements and thereafter into learning and development priorities
Work with business and HR stakeholders to create deployment plans and ensure delivery of all the learning and skill building initiatives needed to deliver on our strategic ambitions.
Work closely with the Learning Design team to ensure qualitative delivery of specific learning content
Drive communication related to learning, and work with building a learning culture within CBS
Facilitate workshops and trainings as needed
In order to apply …
You hold a minimum of 10+ years of relevant work experience within Learning and Development
Solid and relevant experience of planning and execution of activities and projects within L&D
Experience in working with capability and skill building
You are a fast learner, empathetic communicator, and strong collaborator
You find it interesting to work with both concepts and implementation, and are able to transition between both phases
You are fluent in English, and have strong story telling and communication skills
You enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment and can adapt your style as needed to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders
You have an understanding of social learning and community engagement
