· Attending Inbound Call
· Maintaining proper telephone etiquettes
· Call screening & Transfer efficiently
· Making outbound calls as when required by Management or any other designated personnel
· Calling suppliers on follow-ups of pending PO
· Upkeep of reception area &
· Maintaining high level of housekeeping
· Magazines, journal etc. to be updated
· Attend & Greet guests
· Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
· Proper Information sharing with guests
· Handle complaints and specific guest requests.
· Keep a regular check on Office stationery, kitchen item stock and other table requirements.
· Maintain the list of monthly supplies and make them approved by the management.
· Make sure no item get spoiled due to improper storage.
· Keep the regular check on record room.
· Keep updated records of office utilities expenses and costs.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per year
