Extensive experience in working with and drawing insights from raw data & data visualizations

Analyze and interpret data using a variety of business reporting tools, digital analytics platforms, and other related tools
-
Convert data into meaningful hypothesis to support the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems
-
Applying analytical thought and judgement
-
Build and visualize data analysis into reportable models (i.e. business dashboards / scorecards / reports).

Use story boarding techniques to build reports on PowerPoint
-
Actively contribute to shaping the future of Analytics Services in general. Work towards supporting the analytics COE capability build.

7-10 years’ experience in the data analytics domain
-
Proven track record of delivering excellent levels of data insights, customer dashboards / scorecards
-
Well versed with establishing reporting console for internal customers
-
A logical approach to problem solving, making rational decisions based on analysis of data from a wide range of sources

Working experience in a Business Analyst/ Business Engineering/ Business Architect role on cross-functional improvement/

automation/change projects

Self-starter, who can work on an autonomous basis, can lead and drive initiatives with minimal guidance/supervision
-
Including proven ability meeting deadlines working within a pressurized team / environment.

Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations

Superior communication and negotiation skills
Minimum qualifications

Graduate degree (any), followed by MBA

Excellent MS Office skills (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Exposure towards business intelligence and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL, SAS etc.)

Excellent business writing and communication skills and exposure to Adobe Creative Cloud.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
