Greet, communicate with and welcome guests.
Answer all the guest’ questions and address their complaints.
Answer all incoming calls, redirect them when needed
Receive letters, packages and send them to appropriate destination.
Monitor e-mails addressed to HEM India.

Monitor and update records and files.
Maintain office expenses and costs.

Excellent communication skills.
Experience with MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
Good time-management skills.
Good team player.
