The fleet manager is responsible for end to end management of assets – PC, Printers, Accessories etc throught out its lifecycle right from procuement until asset disposition. The selected candidate will lead the IT asset management services by coordinating the receipt and distribution of physical IT assets; tracking and maintaining both hardware and software purchases and warranty/maintenance agreements; and promoting a culture of property accountability.
Responsibilities:
Analyze standard contractual documents, technical data, customer usage data, customer maintenance practices, customer operation characteristics, and related reports for assigned contracts to determine spares provisioning and demand planning
Capacity planning of SSC partners and manage this in line with the demand by coordinating with deal consultant, DNOCs and collaborate with SSC operations team
Responsible for the operational oversight of SSC’s performance with regards to all the operations and quality metrics.
Analyse the structured and unstructured data from the various SSC operations team and create meaningful insight to align with internal service and operations metrics
Responsible to manage the Cost of Delivery of SSC services
Review established policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure quality and accountability for refurbishment and fulfilment by SSC
Conducts distribution studies, monitors inventory and analyzes requirements in order to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery times.
Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.
Participates in special projects as required
Manages accurate fleet data information and provides monthly and quarterly compliance status reports
Work with DNOC leads, deal consultants and production engineering team to adapt to service design changes and strategy.
