Job Overview
We are seeking a Metrics Analyst to support our Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and run adoption audits using the iCIMS product suite. This person will be pivotal in extracting and analyzing key performance indicators to drive strategic decisions at the executive level for our clients. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in supporting our clients through scalable and repeatable projects. This role is central to our commitment to delivering data-driven insights for our Customer Success team.
Responsibilities
Dive into the iCIMS ATS platform to retrieve and interpret data for business reviews.
Create tailored reports/dashboards focusing on key performance indicators that align with executive needs, business challenges, and strategic objectives.
Ensure report accuracy. Conduct thorough validations of all EBR-related reports to maintain the highest standards of data integrity.
Connect client usage to broader business challenges with thorough adoption audits, analyzing how a client has been using the iCIMS products.
Create and share decks for cross-functional partners to present to clients.
Partnering with cross-functional partners and having strong communication to drive ongoing client success.
Qualifications
Exceptional ability to decipher datasets and convert them into actionable executive insights.
Ability to review the usage of multiple products and tie it to business challenges/solutions.
Ability to createand share customer-facing presentations with cross-functional partners.
Ability to provide high quality work under strict deadlines.
Strong communication skills with experience in conveying intricate data concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
Capacity to independently oversee multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
Advanced proficiency in English is essential. Candidates must be able to:
Speak : Fluently and clearly in professional settings.
Read : Comprehend complex texts, reports, and documents.
Write : Produce well-structured, error-free written communication, including emails, reports, and presentations.
Preferred
Experience with ATS platforms: Proven track record in utilizing the iCIMS Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for data extraction and analysis.
At least 3 years in roles involving data analysis in a technology-focused setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline with a focus on data analysis.
