Qualifications required: A degree or diploma in office assistant/ administrative work.

Skills required:

• Good written and communication skills in English, with familiarity with at least one other Indian language

• Ability to communicate effectively via phone/email

• Simple accounting

• Good familiarity with softwares: MS Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc. (essential), Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator/ In Design (desirable)

• Good familiarity with online platforms: Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), Zoom, Gmail / Google Drive etc.

Core Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive office and accounts management, including maintaining official records, and liaison with accountants, administration, and all consultants

• Coordinate and liaison between the Secretariat and ICOMOS members/non-members for all matters related to memberships, engagement, events, updates etc

• Assist in management of events (meetings, seminars, workshops, conferences and other outreach programs) and rapporteur at them

• Prepare Minutes of Meetings

• Manage the online presence of ICOMOS India through social media and website with regular updates

• Assist in any other tasks assigned by the Executive Committee

• Designing of posters, reports and other graphical media

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Fixed shift
• Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi – 110066, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
