Roles & Responsibilities
1. Responsible for all activities in areas of administration, logistics, facilities management, procurement and vendor management
2. Developing plans for maintenance and up-keep of the Company’s facilities such as cafeteria, housekeeping, repairs and maintenance
3. Responsible for preparing and rolling out a consolidated FMS manual
4. Managing logistics and space planning within office/department.
5. Asset Management.
6. To design and implement systems and procedures for smooth functioning of the department.
7. Preparing and maintaining a local Vendor Management Policy.
8. Identifying and negotiating with vendors and evaluating/reviewing vendors for purchases
9. Ensuring compliance and quality within the department
10. Deal with serious indiscipline issues which involves misuse of office equipment’s, damage to company property
11. Adherence to info security policy.
12. Coordination with various departments to understand and solve admin related issues, procedures.
13. Co-ordination with vendors to maintain the service level.
14. Coordination with the vendors for billing related issues.
15. Excellent in team handling

Pay: ₹500,000.00 – ₹800,000.00 per year
