Our primary offices are located in the Institutional Area of Janak Puri. The EA is a very crucial position in our Organisation, where most of the Managers will be reporting to her.

By virtue of working directly with the Chairman Sir, she will be part of the Management. She will have access to all kinds of information, future strategy, and other sensitive areas.

The highest level of confidentiality, loyalty, and honesty is an integral part of the position. The Candidate must be well versed with MS OFFICE, Outlook, etc., and should be proficient in making PowerPoint Presentations whenever required.

She should have coordinated with the C-level functionaries, and also the heads of all departments. She must be well versed with Har department and administration

She will be responsible for Coordination ans all rhe responsibility related to Hr and Admin department. She will be required to schedule meetings. and attend the important strategic meetings with the Chairman.

She will be required to travel with the Chairman Sir, whenever required, domestically and internationally. She will also be the adviser and will act as a sounding board to the Chairman, giving advice whenever the opportunity arises.

She will be responsible for ensuring that all directions from the Chairman’s office reach all levels of Management and are followed. The incumbent should have a very pleasing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and should be able to multitask and adapt in all situations.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
