IDSL.onlineis and Link broadbands a Telecommunications Company based in Dartford for the last 8 years supplying telecom products and services both locally and nationally.
Our company is searching for 1 motivated and experienced Customer Service Agent working from home to run and execute the telecom billing system.
Previous Telecommunications experience would be preferred but not Essential as training will be given.
We currently have 2 vacancies which will be full time roles.
Both agents will have a primary role within either the Customer Service or Billing Department.
Agent working hours 8 am – 5.00 pm Monday – Friday & two Saturdays
Agent 2 working hours 9:00 pm – 6.00 pm Monday – Friday & two Saturdays .
Customer Services
Main Duties & Responsibilities
You must be articulate, and customer focussed, you will play a pivotal role in co-ordinating and managing our customer needs from the first point of contact through to resolution. You will need to be well spoken, coherent and fluent English is required. An excellent telephone manner and people handling skills are essential.
Billing Department
Main Duties & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the management of our billing system . You will be responsible making sure all the information within our billing system is up to date and correct. You will be the first point of contact for our Clients when they raise issues or queries regarding their services, including billing queries, mobile charges and contract queries. You will liaise internally within the different departments to resolve the queries.
