The role is for a Customer Experience Executive, whose overall responsibility is to take the campaign from inception to market. You will be working alongside big name brands and engaging with both clients directly and Media Agencies.
The role of the Customer Experience Executive within Foundry is, integral to the success of our organization. The Customer Experience role provides a solid grounding in the methods and practices of Marketing Communications. Working on marketing campaigns of Global IT Organizations at Foundry provides insight into technology, marketing and publishing best practices.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be expected to:
Professionally and successfully manage customer marketing revenue programs from availability checking to final reporting,
Including data analysis, fulfilment, and campaign reporting.
In addition, the successful candidate will work in collaboration with members of the commercial teams (locally and remotely) to support the sales cycle and deliver revenues from our media, data, and services campaigns.
The Customer Experience Executive will report to the local Sales Director and the Customer Experience Manager in Singapore, working alongside the existing Customer Experience Team.
Requirements
What we would like you to bring:
Associate degree or 1-2 years of digital marketing or media campaign management experience or a related field is strongly preferred is strongly preferred
You must be a self-starter with a “can-do” attitude who is always willing to try new things and think outside the box
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; ability to create accurate documentation using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent organisational skills along with superior communication skills, both written and verbal
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain the highest standards whilst under pressure
Ability to interact with a wide range of people involved in campaigns and coordinate activities
