Job Description / Responsibilities
· Front desk Management.
· To assist office administration in miscellaneous routine works.
· Professional attitude and appearance.
· Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
· Possess strong communication and relationship management skills.
· To deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
· To manage and coordinate interviews for the recruitment team.
· Coordination with pantry and housekeeping staff.
· Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
· Receive invoices, letters, packages, etc. maintain records, and distribute them.
· Meeting Rooms allocation and maintenance.
· Assisting senior management for Travel related matters (Flight/Rail/ Hotel reservations)
· Keeping Inventory for stationary/ pantry grocery etc.
· Office maintenance AMCs etc.
· Fixing appointments for senior management.
Desired profile of the candidate
· Min.2- 3 year of experience in front office management is essential
· Good Time-management skills
· Excellent Typing proficiency
· Great interpersonal and communication skills.
· Customer handling skills.
· Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
