This positon has overall accountability of GDS projected assigned
Activities include Designing, workflows, developing, process implementation, productivity monitoring in align with SLA.
Also serves as subject matter expert and operations point of contact for customers having special projects as well as assisting with customer service activities projects.
Ensure service orders from clients are processed and carried out in a timely, accurate and professional manner in accordance with company procedures.
Works in close coordination with GDS team, assisting with customer needs, analysis, prizing proposals & Presentation for prospective projects.
Take care of all GDS projects in Chennai and interact with the customers and publish the MIS on a daily basis.
Job description:
Customer Support
Interfaces with customers regarding production scheduling, problem solving, MIS, General information requests. Provides other customer services as required.
GDS Project Management:
Daily follow up with team and vendors to ensure the work is done on a daily basis.
Team Management and Vendor Management is the major responsibility.
Prepare the MIS of GDS projects and publish dashboards.
Daily Activities
Inspects and monitors project progression, to verify conformance to specifications
Reviews and analyses production, quality control, maintenance, and operational reports to determine causes of nonconformity with project specifications and operating or production problems
Revises production schedules and clarifies priorities as result of equipment failure or operating problems
Monthly customer billing
Drive safety and security at individual and team level
Sending timely MIS ( internal and external customers)
Vendor management
Supervising the remote on site team
Ensuring to follow operations process
