This position is responsible for providing prompt and professional customer support by enriching all requests coming from customers & internal stakeholder’s enquiries at first contact to its respective departments in a professional and courteous manner. Ensure customers & internal stakeholder’s requirements are resolved in accordance with service level agreements and performance metrics. The position will be supporting internal and external customers with excellent customer service to uphold division policies and procedures.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Examine all relevant information inquiry received through calls, email/fax from customer/internal stakeholders and use critical thinking to identify the type/category and skillset it should go to for resolution within Iron Mountain and concerned vendors.
Attention to detail needed while reviewing and enrichment of each customer request
Communicate effectively with company employees regarding proper required information and instructing them on proper procedures
Maintain records for customer interaction, recording details including the actions taken on every request
Excellent communication skills and good telephone etiquette.
Sound reading comprehension
Excellent verbal (oral) and written communication specially email etiquettes
