Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes;
Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates;
Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work;
Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Stack Overflow and Github;
Execute a complete search of the database as per the requirements to find relevant candidates;
Manage our weekly ‘Fun Friday’ event where the team bonds and has fun;
Maintaining and updating the database of the candidates;
Understanding of clients & their requirements;
Doing a background verification of the shortlisted candidates;
Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Stack Overflowand Github;
Interaction with the relevant candidates, briefing them about the requirement;
Good verbal & written communication skills;
Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates;
Lateral RecruitmentWrite and post job descriptions, manage responses and screen candidates on job portals;
Source potential candidates on niche platforms,
