ixigo Hiring for Senior Executive – Administration Job at Gurgaon Full Time

Launched in 2007, ixigo is an AI-based travel app based in Gurugram, India. ixigo services Indian travellers and their travel utility, planning and booking problems using technology and artificial intelligence. Offering train, flight and bus utility & bookings, the company applies AI for deal discovery, personalized recommendations, airfare predictions & alerts, train delay prediction, PNR confirmation prediction and automated customer service.

• Responsible for day-to-day functions of the Administration department. This includes but is not restricted to Security, Maintenance of technical equipment( CCTV/UPS/Air Conditioning), housekeeping, Pantry, and Cafeteria Services
• Carry out Planned Preventive Maintenance as per the schedule and review checklists and technical audits for all installations at periodical intervals
• Periodically inspect the logbooks, checklists, and PPM schedules for better management
• Track vendor payments ensuring timely billing for all service partners
• Procure materials and process invoices in time following steps laid down in the Procurement Policy
• People Management skills while dealing with contractual/ third party vendor employees
• Generate MIS for operations – maintain a Cost Sheet for all Administration related expenses
• Issuance of Access Cards & maintenance of access control system
• Collaborate in various administrative tasks as required.
• Maintain and update the Fixed Asset Register of all office assets and tally the same with Finance on a half-yearly basis.

• 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management and Office Administration in a corporate environment
• Computer proficiency: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Graduate/ Post Graduate in any stream- Hotel Management Graduate Preferred
