• Daily Reports , Employee IN / Out Time sheet to mail it to HO, Attendance Management.

• Attendance Sheet for contract labour , handling punching biometric machine & issue

• Advance sheet monthly , bonus sheet yearly for floor staff , Preparing & Mailing MOM reports [daily , Weekly , Monthly ], Petty & general expenses bill audit as per checklist.

• Joining formalities of new staff / Helping in staff training activities , induction etc.

• Monitoring overall Admin / Office Equipment’s Upkeep, AMC Management / Housekeeping of entire plant.

• Handling PF , ESCI & coordinate with consultant.

• Assist in Liaisons process renewal [ Factory , MPCB consent , Form 27 , Safety committee letter’s co-ordinate for the same with consultant.

• Correspondence letter preparation [Gram Panchayat , Talathi office, Thesildar office], ISO audits.

• Staff occasion celebration & Other day to day work assign by the Plant Head & Directors.

• Should have Polite nature, honest, trustworthy, sensible & flexible.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate with background in HR
• Minimum 5 Years’ Experience in manufacturing company.
• Fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi with good communication skill.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Should be able to Manage a Team of 75 – 100 people.
