To achieve the sales targets and develop the assigned product portfolio in the responsive zone by driving implementation of sales and marketing strategies; ensuring compliance to systems and processes; building and maintaining customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities : 1. Strategy Formulation
Ensure appropriate cascading of zonal targets into account wise and SKU wise.
Provide inputs to Regional Manager and Marketing for Development of strategy by identifying the root cause, customer insights, etc.
Understand industry practices and new trends in Sales & Marketing, Distribution to identify improvement areas in Existing systems and processes and recommend Modifications
Work with RBM, cross functional teams in helping to build strategies to handle the stake holders, competition, pricing and communication.
Monitor and drive sales performance and implementation of marketing activities and engagement
Ensure adherence to existing systems and processes
Appoint stockiest based on company policies and practices to ensure availability of stock based on recommendations from RBM.
Monthly verify adherence to company SOPs (sales order, return goods, credit policy, product complaints)
Validate and update to Regional Manager on rate contracts and pricing discounts proposed by various stake holders from different accounts.
Meet KOLs and core customers as per the coverage norms to maintain customer relationship and generate desired support
Drive coverage of accounts, stake holders, stockists.
Drive company Credo to translate organizational culture
Healthy working environment by timely and appropriate handling of issues in the zone
Identify capability gaps in self and suggest development plans
Experience and Skills:
7-8 years of experience in Pharma Key account management
Rate contract experience will be preferred
