Working for UK Based company, hence all holidays will be as per UK.

Monday to Saturday Working- Office Timings = 12 pm to 9:00 pm

Purpose of this Position : Taking care of end to end book-keeping, cash flow management, compliance, banking and payroll management processes, Purchases, Sales, Bank Entries, Petty Cash Expenses etc.

Responsibilities and Duties

• To ensure all statutory payment schedules and returns data preparation
• Accounting day to day entries
• Transact all Book-Keeping Entries like Purchases, Sales, Bank Entries, Petty Cash Expenses
• Track all utility bills payments, expenses and BOOKKEEPING
• Daily reconciliation of sales figures with operation team & sign off for reporting

• Manage office tasks such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up meetings, and reordering supplies
• Make travel arrangements such as booking flights, card, and making hotel and restaurant reservations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Any other work that will be imparted by the management from time to time.

Required Experience and Qualifications
Ability to meet and establish deadlines
Experience & knowledge in accounting of a private limited company
Knowledge in computation & Prof. Tax & TDS data
Excellent command over Excel.
Xero software experience will be added benefit or will be trained.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
