The current opening is within the ccb tech f&bm team in mumbai, bengaluru, and hyderabad which forms part of the ccb f&bm line of business (lob) within gf&bm india.
Organization description
The role is part of the finance & business management (f&bm) organization supporting consumer and community banking (ccb) technologyF&bm team drives business management, financial analysis, vendor management, strategy, program management, training and internal communications for ccb technology organization teams across mumbai, hyderabad and bengaluruCcb tech f&bm plays a pivotal role helping ccb technology organization shape & achieve its vision, execute its strategies and support businesses by providing information, analysis and recommendations to improve results and drive decisions.
Vp – ccb tech f&bm site manager :
Site manager is an experienced professional who helps execution of ccb technology vision, drives initiatives, enables transformation, manages governance & reporting, and provide ccb tech india wide resiliency supportSite manager should be proficient at managing cxo level stakeholders, working with large teams, as well as help the business run efficiently and effectively.
Site manager establishes a roadmap, and plays an integral role in ensuring that the site activities (listed below) are running on time and in accordance with firm-wide guidelines, including risk and architectureSite manager fosters collaboration and promotes the values, culture of jpmorgan chase & co.
The roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Drive synergies and efficiencies across the technology organization locally and globally
Assist the technology leadership in executing initiatives and programs
Participate in regular meetings with the technology leadership to discuss potential site issues
Assess inquiries directed to the technology leadership team, determine the proper course of action and delegate to the appropriate individual to manage.
Lead programs that drive ccb tech vision, transformation and strategy
Local point of escalation for triggering and implementation for business resiliency events alongwith the site leads
Ensure collaboration with recruitment team on hiring drives for panel facilitation, interviews scheduling etc
Ensure onboarding for new joinees with hiring managers and site leads
Partnership with local management for appropriate seat allocations
Lead any site related reporting requirements and/or management reporting
Proactively identify improvement opportunities in the way the organization wide initiatives are run across lobs and locations.
Coordinate site wide training requirements, training camps (hackathons /clinics etc), external program nominationsReward & recognition program and tech centre initiatives
Complete ownership and accountability for organizing key leadership events (physical, virtual) and employee engagement events across ccb tech india
Skill sets
12+ years of experience primarily in business & stakeholder management, site management, location strategy, headcount governance & program management
Experience working in technology organization / projects is preferred, but not a must
Proven expertise and experience to partner with senior stakeholders and site leads to initiate and govern initiatives
Ability to work across wider organization with virtual teams and across hierarchies
Strong expertise with collaboration tools like ms excel pivots & macros, vba, confluence & sharepoint
Ability to clearly story board executive power point presentations
Excellent analytical, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
Enthusiastic, self-motivated and effective under pressure; ability to prioritize requests and multi-task on time sensitive multiple requirements
