New joinee induction
Checking of Invoices
Preparing Expense Report for the head of the department
Expense report of (Amex card) used for office purpose
Cab reservation & Invoices.
Making arrangement for the food for meetings and events
Security Access Control
Safety Induction for visitors/ Clients
Courier Management
Facility management in office
Building Management.
Office management
Maintaining First Aid
Co-ordinating with the vendors for Fire alarm systems
Handling office employee queries related to office administration
Miscellaneous activity
Exit formalities
Accounts Invoices
Vouchers for gift card & maintain excel
Maintaining excel for invoices
Material order
Coordination with procurement, Accounts
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
