Position Overview:
As a Front Desk Officer cum Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our organization who visit the business. You will welcome guests and assists on any additional administrative support required to the organization. Multitasking skill is essential for this position.
Job Description:
Greeting all clients/ visitors courteously and directing them to the right meeting room/ professional as required.
Coordinating the appointments and meeting of the clients, Vendors with the respective stakeholders of the organization.
Assist in preparing, scheduling, and organizing meetings, events and appointments.
Answer, screen and handling incoming & outgoing phone calls
Handling incoming and outgoing records of courier to be registered and handed over to the concerned person
Prepare letters, MOM and other documents as required.
Perform all other ad hoc tasks assigned by the line manager.
All miscellaneous back-office operations
Desired Candidate Profile:
Female candidates with pleasing personality and should have good verbal and written communication skills.
Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office, email communication and should have interpersonal skills.
Proven work experience as a Front Office coordinator or similar role.
Proven ability to handle confidential information and work with minimal supervision.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
