Roles and responsibilities
* To have a check on regular activities of our distribution sales team and need to follow up the tasks allocated to them are delivering in market properly
* make sure Daily sales mobile app updating to be done. Note: Sales mobile app is the app where the sales team will update all relative data regarding the sales.
* control and coordinate the proper functioning of van sale’s team daily operations
Note: under Calicut regional ASM there will be executives and each executive will be handling the assigned routes.
* have coordination and follow up with the ASM and sales executives
* To draft a detailed analysis of sales team deliverables and internal office staff deliverables
*Ensure stock rotation to control expiree and proper management of damaged products are happening on time.
* Prepare MIS report twice in a month.
* Follow up on the promotional activities are delivering in market properly. Ensure product samples which have been given to the sales executives and distributors for promotion has been utilised properly.
* Ensure regular weekly meeting to be held with all direct selling team, Monthly meeting with all distributor sales team and an internal staff meeting at the Office premises.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
The right candidate must be a graduate in any discipline with 12 or more years’ experience in Administration and operations; must have managed not less than 30 member team and have good knowledge about the team management
He/she must be self-motivated, have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong leadership qualities and ability to manage a team are desired. Good organizational skills.
