RightFax server administration
Represent team in the calls
Implement exchange L3 tasks and projects
Perform regular Health Checks of servers
Backlog reduction maintiain SLA,CSAT

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Administration of RightFax servers (Version 10/16)
Configuration, troubleshooting and management of Rightfax servers
Application support features Fax to Email, Fax to Print, Fax to Fileshare, Email to Fax
Troubleshooting and management of user self-provisioning tool
Understanding of faxutil access
Configuration, troubleshooting and management of Rightfax servers
Application support features Fax to Email, Fax to Print, Fax to Fileshare, Email to Fax
Troubleshooting and management of user self-provisioning tool
Understanding of faxutil access
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
roubleshooting and management of RightFax integration module
Coordination with Telco’s and cloud service provider
Troubleshooting eFax and RightFax server issues like Dialing rules, SMTP gateway issues etc
Available for 24×7 support
