Your Role and Responsibilities
Our HR Partner team is responsible for the work on a breadth of exciting and challenging activities.
Assist the business in meeting their strategic goals through the deployment of pro-active people strategies and services.
Provide guidance to managers and leaders pertaining to performance management, succession planning, Diversity, Talent Retention, Learning initiatives, and Strategic HR Projects.
Drive the organizational culture and partner with business that help reduce turnover, develop employees, and maintain the company as an employer of choice throughout the world.
Customise, adapt and deploy organisational people priorities
Participate in and contribute to India market-wide initiatives that have a people focus
Drive to resolution and deliver on generalist HR issues
Bring awareness to the Kyndryl brand in the external market place
Collaborate with stakeholders of all levels
Work in a role where no two days are the same

Ability to traverse between strategic and operational HR service delivery

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Masters/Post graduate in HR (preferable)
12+ years of experience
Previous HR Business Partner experience aligning business and people strategies in a complex, fast paced environment
Some experience or knowledge of Agile preferred
OD/Change Management/people transformation and cultural change experience
Confident in challenging the status quo,
Adaptable to change and enjoy working in a constantly changing / evolving
Having dreams of building a great workplace and are looking forward to working an ecosystem that will enable this
Self Driven, who will not shy away from any challenge / task (A belief in doing what it takes to get things done!)
Someone with high levels of ownership
