The Role
Security professionals perform one or a combination of disciplines responsible for supporting components of the Kyndryl Corporate Security program. These components include physical security, emergency planning, information protection, and incident management; they aid management in protecting people, property, and information. The physical security element ensures a safe and secure environment for Kyndryl employees and property through several measures.
Risk analysis of proposed and existing Kyndryl sites examines internal and external threats to aid management in determining where to situate and what if any, additional security measures are warranted for a given site. These activities also support Executive Protection, the business acquisition and divestiture process. Support installing and maintaining security equipment and tools, such as security systems and badge readers, to secure area space.
Candidate requires high-level knowledge of the entire Security program. Ability to understand the compliance requirements as defined in policies and directives and test the program. Identify the compliance deficiencies and propose appropriate control measures to address/mitigate the risk.

Required Technical and Professional Experience
5 or more years of experience working in a Corporate Security capacity.
Professional knowledge related to the incumbent’s department or function.
Hands-on experience with CCTV, DVRs and control panels.
Communication/Negotiation: Engaged as an independent professional.
Communication/Negotiation: Ability to articulate and compare alternative approaches.
Communication/Negotiation: Negotiate with specified objectives.
Experience in Interviewing subjects in support of sensitive investigations.
Hands-on in developing deliverables in support of SOPs and process maps.
Coordinate with facilities and vendors to ensure that security systems remain operational.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree.
CPP / PSP Certification.
Generally controls own work priorities and methods requiring trade-offs.
