Job Purpose: Responsible for inventory management of agency and service centre, controlling spare part stock to a reasonable level, avoiding part shortage and dead stock situation, and ensuring the security of agency parts assets.
Key Responsibilities :
Responsible for planning and monitoring PAN India spare part stock and improving the reasonability of the service centre’s material preparation. According to different material categories, controlling the parts turnover days of the agency warehouse and service centre at a reasonable level, improves the satisfaction of on-site material, thus improving customer satisfaction.
Responsible for analyzing, and finding root causes for key performance indexes that are performing below goals (i.e. Inventory turnover, Sufficiency rate, Deadstock, parts consumption data statistics and consumption trend analysis etc.)
Maintaining and improving the inventory situation by analyzing inventory statistics to determine
Placing inventory orders and tracking shipments.
Reporting inventory statistics to management and suggesting improvements to inventory control.
Providing trainings for material management to agency’s inventory persons and improve the ability of inventory management team.
