The opportunity
Project: Global investment company.
Responsible for front office operations. Assisting visitors efficiently, courteously and professionally in all front office related functions, and to maintain a high standard of service and hospitality at all times.
We need a full-time administrator to join our established and growing team in Hyderabad.
Your responsibilities will include:
Reporting any unusual occurrence or request to the manager on duty or the front office manager.
Receiving, directing and relaying telephone messages to the concerned.
Assisting in booking meeting and conferences rooms.
Providing assistance in administrative services to facilities.
Ensuring SEZ clearance for the foreign visitors and general visitors.
Alerting manager on suspicious calls.
Ensuring logistic arrangements for foreign visitors.
Providing assistance in general administrative activities.
Generating of MIS reports.
Participating in emergency evacuation procedures including crisis management and business continuity.
Coordinating with facility team for event management.
Assisting HR in new joiner formalities and issuance of SEZ and in house ID cards to the new joiners.
Processing of all invoices for payment.
Internal and external visitor management.
Monitoring the mail room and library activities.
About you
You have minimum high school diploma and/or higher degree. A degree in hotel management would be an advantage. You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams. You will be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
