The Facilities Administrator – Transport Executive provides professional and efficient transport management and lead the team for Client Hyderabad
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading, directing, and overseeing the delivery of the ground transport service proposition employees in Hyderabad -India.
Ensuring on-time transport services to avoid business interruptions.
Coordinating with Transport vendors for smooth operations and monitoring the fleet requirement.
Managing vendor relationships including defining service specifications, contract renewals, the definition of KPIs and SLAs.
Arranging and attending monthly meetings with vendors to monitor their performance.
Maintaining all legal documents related to transport as per local legislation.
Generating weekly, monthly reports to give an overview of the operations.
Meeting the business units on a regular basis to solve any issues and to understand their requirement.
Ensuring reporting real-time incidents and providing RCA.
Validating the billing system and ensuring on-time payments to the vendors
Continuous evolvement in the service strategy aligned with industry and market practices.
Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to and making recommendations for improvements
Managing cost analysis & control of expenditure
Supporting transport manager in operations
Supporting MACE account manager in the provision of reports and information as required for client corporate properties.
Monitoring the On-time arrival of the cab as agreed with the client.
Adopting a proactive approach and be flexible enough to respond to ad hoc requests as they arise.
Developing policies and procedures for transport operations.
Continuous support and promote a team working approach.
Establishing good working relationships with Mace and the client staff.
Handling employees’ queries and providing solutions.
Interacting with the vendor supervisors on a day-to-day issue and ensuring all employee concerns are addressed.
Managing Helpdesk activities.
Generating monthly MIS report.
Maintaining legal documentation.
Supporting the Business continuity plan.
Regular checking of EHS (Environmental health safety of vehicles)
Participating in the Environmental Management system.
Supporting EMS Representative in achieving the objectives.
Participating in EMS Internal and External Audits.
About you
You are a digitally savvy, Diploma, Bachelor’s degree holder or its equivalent. You have extensive transport operations experience. 5 + years overall on a similar scale.
Highly self-motivated and able to work under own initiative. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills. Knowing Oracle systems would be beneficial. You can build lasting client relationships and provide support to dynamic, motivated teams.
