Job Overview
We Need candidate who can sit at reception and counsel students for various courses running in our Defense institute.
The Counselor acts as a thinker who should be able to develop and execute plans for resulting successful student acquisition in our defense coaching – Major Kalshi Classes in Tagore Town Allahabad and to provide free and professional advice to any prospective student / parent who is interested in studying courses offered by the Institute.
Responsibilities and Duties
= Marketing & promoting the programs (courses) offered by Major Kalshi Classes, counseling and recruiting students.
= Establish & maintain working relationship with the Centre Head, Regional & Corporate office.
= Co-ordinate activities with regards to students.
= Submit individual promotional plans.
= Forwarding scheduled appointments data to Branches and follow up with them
= Guiding students on courses
= Coordinating with cluster team
= Maintaining day to day MIS reports as required.
= Should be able to execute, and monitor the successful student recruitment.
= Should be able to achieve clear targets set – daily, weekly & monthly.
= Suggest action plans when things are deviating from the standard or actual goals.
= Provide first line of contact with parents, prospective students and other business associates.
= Establishing and maintaining good rapport with prospective students.
= Provide weekly progress reports on student counseling, enquiry follow-ups, and application filing and student responses.
= Reporting to the Management on MIS regarding successful recruitment of students.
