• Promote and sell the organizationxe2x80x99s products and services within an assigned geographic area, product range, or list of customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets
• Work under limited supervision for routine situations

Job Family Group: Sales
Responsible for achieving sales goals and executing sales plans with a defined area. Includes sales management, account management, channel management, field sales/merchandising force (including traditional trade, modern trade, wholesale, distributor and new business) and sales control and field evaluations. Field Sales are accountable for driving sales through optimal distribution and physical availability of our brands across prime in-store locations. They are responsible for driving the quality of displays, delivering excellent execution in line with perfect store ambitions and building influential relationships with key stakeholders to deliver incremental business and category growth.General Field Sales
