How can you make an Impact?
As Account Manager Inside Sales, you will be working closely with several key stakeholders to sell a diverse range of competitive, reputable, and financially viable digital and print learning products across all the regions in India. You will develop sales opportunities by researching, identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, and perform various full life cycle inside sales activities, which in turn is to grow your assigned territory as designated by the organization.
What can you expect from the position?
• End to End ownership: Owning the complete sales process: Identify, Qualify, Sell, Close, and
engage for retention, cross sell, and upsell.
• Lead Generation-Qualify and close opportunities by managing the lead queues and Identify new sales opportunities by researching the past sales records and customers.
• Research market/ prospect leads/customers/ accounts/ contacts within the context to have a targeted business development conversation (customer centric messaging) using appropriate product knowledge/ technical information and understanding of customer needs.
• Build competitive intelligence to support business – gathering, analyzing, and summarizing competitor information and market trends to build new sales opportunities.
• On time qualification of leads in the lead queue and real time reporting of the closures in SFDC maintaining highest level of data hygiene of customers/ opportunities/ competition.
• Focus on digital – work with the digital sales and implementation team for renewals/ new business to increase the digital revenue from the target accounts—focus on pre- and post-sale engagement to achieve high level of customer relationship management.
• Self-motivated and collaborative working style to succeed in a dynamic, remote selling environment.
• Personal Growth and Development- Build and manage one’s own personal development plan working closely with manager and C&T team.
What can you bring to the role?
• Candidate should be a graduate with experience of Min 3 to 6 Years,
Language Must have either Bengali/Tamil
• Lead Generation, Cold Calling, Client Coordination experience is must
• Database Management, Experience in Appointment Setting, Contact Discovery (Mandatory)
• Proven inside sales experience preferably selling digital or software products.
• Discipline in virtual presence and experience in cracking deals through virtual meetings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office application and CRM software.
• Excels at selling intangible solutions into the B2B market
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Analytical abilities and problem-solving attitude
