JOB ROLE-HR ASSISTANT
To maintain and develop Human Resource policies, ensuring compliance and to contribute the development of corporate Human Resource policies. Develop, refine and fine-tune effective methods or tools for selection to ensure timely recruitment of required level. Ensure appropriate communication at all staff levels. To maintain and develop leading HR systems and processes to address the effective management of people. Performance Management, Reward & Recognition. Staff Induction and Retention. Compensation / Benefit programs. To facilitate / support the development of the Team members through Proper T&D. Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs,Employee welfare and Event management. Employee engagement and career planning. Managing the complete employee life cycle and employee records. Formulating the Compensation and benefits. General administration and grievances. Handling various compliances and statutories.
Recruiting top quality people Managing Joining formalities. Preparing and issuing kinds of Letters/Certificates. Managing Induction/orientation sessions for new joinees. Manpower planning, sourcing and recruiting candidates. Maintaining Personnel files and records. Evaluating employee performance and conducting performance appraisal. Conducting training & learning programms/activities. Leave and attendance Management. Conducting events and activities on personal & social occaisions. Implementing Regular activities improving employee engagement. Help Processing compliance activities along with Finance Depts. Managing Exit formalities and final settlement of left out employees. Prepare monthly Payroll process. Designing Departmental SOPs and assigning Job roles to the employees. Developing and Monitoring overall HR Strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy . Liason with a wide range of people in the policy area such as staff performance, health and safety and etc. Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures Looking after office administration activities. Work on departmental cordination and smooth functioning of processes. Develop process improvements for all aspects of the employee relations, monitoring efficiency and effectiveness of the team. Impementing performance improvement plans & decide on promotion /demotion /termination etc. . Ensuring that all management information/upfdates/notices/circulars and etc are being passed on to the desired receivers.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
