1.1 Responsible for day-to-day functioning of the Department.
1.2 To receive the patients with a pleasant smile and wish them.
1.3 To attend telephone calls politely and strictly adhering to telephone manners.
1.4 To see if the patient is a new patient or an old patient (Already registered).
1.5 To see if the patient belong to cash/govt/insurance category and register accordingly
1.6 To get the information about the nature of illness and guide them to the concerned department.
1.7 Collect all charges pertaining to registration / admission / procedures and investigations
1.8 To give the registration forms and help them to file and guide them to the concerned doctor.
1.9 If the information is not clear then send the patient to the Centre manager.
1.10 To collect the reference letters if any.
1.11 To check whether the patient has filled all relevant data in the registration form.
1.12 To make a note on the form and in the computer if the doctor referred was the primary doctor, doctor on call / CMO’s reference / reference letter/ Company reference
1.13 To make an entry of the referred doctor’s name and address in the computer.
1.14 To admit the patient in his/her choice of category / or doctors note
1.15 Responsible for all admission query , entries and documentation
