JOB SUMMARY Infrastructure Engineer is one who has skills with monitoring Services & alerts, takes appropriate action based on alerts. Understands the process of start and stop of Services based on SOPs. Carries server health checkups. Works on Usera ccount management tasks. Provides access to file share as per requests. Manages Antivirus regular updates on Servers. Installs patches onto Servers & workstations on monthly basis. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES # Handling Incident, Problem and Change manageme nt tickets. # Create Alter Delete MQ objects to meet business requirements. # Monitoring logs and connections of applications. # Should understand and follow Standard Operating Procedures and Knowledge base articles # Scripting Knowledge Automation skills will be a value add. # Strong verbal and written communications skills are desirable. # Flexibility work in shifts for 24×7 support SPECIALIZATION We help our customers assess their IT systems and suggest a transformation roadmap to deploy Mi ddleware solutions that transform existing infrastructure quickly and accurately.
