Roles and responsibilities
Owning the responsibility of handling the end to end employee lifecycle including employee onboarding formalities, compensation, benefits, exit formalities and employee queries on compensation and benefits
To manage employee data management including onboarding,exit,organizational change on the hrms system
Designing and implementing relevant hr policies and process
To conceptualize and execute engagement initiatives across teams in consultation with the people operations team
Support broader people and culture interventions around performance management, promotions, training etc and create relevant templates and formats under guidance.
Manage employee relation and resolving queries of employees pertaining to policies, process, benefits etc.
What we expect from you
4-6 years of hr generalist experience
A bachelor’s degree with relevant experience
Highly organized and able to prioritize workload effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the busines
Start-up and people management experience is preferred
