The role
You will be responsible for execution of growth marketing initiatives at mpower with an emphasis on paid media, email marketing, and content marketingThe ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and proven success in digital marketing within financial servicesYour responsibilities will include:
Designing and executing initiatives to drive paid and organic traffic to mpower`s website and drive leads throughout the funnel
Collecting data and measuring the effectiveness of campaigns and adjusting plans accordingly to maximize value from advertising and other digital marketing efforts
Conducting a/b tests, pilots, and other marketing experiments to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, including incorporating seo best practices
Analyzing data and providing company-wide reporting using google analytics, wordpress, mailchimp, and similar platforms
Orchestrating digital content strategies across all online platforms, including our website/blog, social media pages, youtube, for example, by owning the end-to-end process
The qualifications
Undergraduate degree or higher preferred
5+ years of digital marketing experience
Marketing experience in financial services is a strong plus
Proven ability to design and execute growth marketing campaigns to drive traffic and engagement from online platforms
Knowledge of seo, ppc/cpc, sem rush, and other digital marketing tools and best practices for websites, blogs, social media, and paid media
Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis
A passion for financial inclusion and access to higher education is a must, as well as comfort working with a global team across multiple-time zones and sites!
In addition, you should be comfortable working in a fast growth environment, meaning a small agile team, fast-evolving roles and responsibilities, variable workload and tight deadlines, a high degree of autonomy, and 80-20 everything.
