Roles & Responsibilities
- Attending inbound calls and connects to the concern department
- Tele calling
- Maintaining attendance register of staff members.
- Responsible for receiving couriers and dispatching couriers
- Ensure that the front desk and waiting areas are clean and neat.
- Making calls to customers and explaining about our products
