* Coordination with music schools and music teachers to drive growth for Manoke
* Ensure timely billing and renewals
* Responsible for customers Onboarding process and Usage of Various manoké platforms
* Promptly resolve customer queries efficiently and effectively
* Manage customer expectations regarding estimated response times for issue resolution
* Gather the required information necessary in order to best handle customer queries
* Coordinate with appropriate team members to properly manage and escalate customer queries and track resolution
* Gather and assess customer feedback.
* Monitor improvement initiatives and its success.
* Prepare detailed reports in specified Formats
* Attending Enquiries.
* Fees collection and arranging online classes
* Sending daily reports with customer enquiry details
* Creating ID access for Rudimentary students
* Manoke stage app training for parents and students on downloading and how to use the app for practice and recording purposes and solving logging issues.
* Assist teachers on how to use the portal for giving assignments and how to generate reports and monitor students progress
* Giving reminders for students’ Reg assignments.
