We are looking for a competent Billing specialist

Job Description

. Preparing Running Account Bill.

. Preparing Bar Bending Schedule of the project.

. Reconcile the Bill of Quantity and Analysis of Final Recovery

. Accurate quantity take-off from the drawings

. Preparing estimates and Rate analysis of variation works.

. Preparing and maintaining records of all contractors, agreements and payments.

. To check measurements at site wherever necessary. To check the bills adhering to the terms & conditions mentioned in the work order along with the taxes claimed as per the prevailing rates.

. Conversant with Architect and structural Drawings.

. Assess material consumption and reconciliation statements.

. Checking & Certification of Subcontractors and Supplier Bills.

. Taking account of R.M.C & Steel Reconciliation

. Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports.

. Co-ordination with client, contractor, architecture, and consultant

. Certifying the Contractor bill against the work
