o Compile monthly report of the movement of material inward and outward, adherence of safety and quality protocols by various teams of NFA before the due date, draw up analytics to aid in monthly review meetings.
o Support for administrative tasks & co-ordinate as and when required to meet the requirement.
o Follow-up and keep track of important issues important to the Executive Director. Make systematic follow up on requirements of the ED and keep him updated on the progress on time.
o Handle miscellaneous jobs assigned from time to time as and when required to meet the requirement, effectively and efficiently.
o In case of non-availability or absence of ED, take any escalations to the immediate second-in-line authority concerned and ensure situation is remedied.
o Compile Daily Progress/Work Report on a daily basis and make it available for ED’s review.
o Coordinate for meetings and training programs as and when required.
o Coordinate with the functions in the portfolio of the Executive Director – Technical and ensure seamless communication happens amongst the functions.
o Support for HR & Admin tasks whenever required.
o Assist in the tenders processing in liaison with the BD team
o Support in Pre-sales work and documentation
o Coordinate travel requirements for the plant and visitors to corporate office and sites.
o Be in charge of travel booking; follow efficient and cost-effective methodologies to save cost.
o Take care of hotel & accommodation booking; ensure customer satisfaction while keeping the costs under control while making travel / accommodation bookings.
o Assist the Services Manager in collecting customer feedback from service clients and consolidate the same on a quarterly basis
o Derive Analytics from the feedback collected and present the interpretations to the Management for review
o Coordinate with the Human Resource Development team in collecting employee satisfaction survey data, year on year, from all departments
o Derive Business Analytics and HR Analytics from the data collected, interpret the same and create meaningful presentations to the Management for review.
o Coordinate with Department Heads in the periodic updating of the in-house ERP
o Ensure reports generated are complete and accurate in nature and follow-up with the HoDs in case of incompleteness of data.
o Offer support to HoDs in driving the optimal utilization of the ERP by employees
