· Manage employee concerns pertaining to communication on probation, Leave Management System/ Attendance Management System, compensation and benefits, disciplinary issues.
· Manpower planning, recruitment and HR deliverables
· To manage and provide HR & Administrative support and oversee day to day operations of the Facilities
· Handling external and internal communications of Management
· Managing clerical and other administrative staff
· Preparing and executing monthly Staff Requisition status report, Tracking Manpower allocation, and Computerized Time attendance report in an efficient and effective manner.
· Statutory compliance under various HR related acts like PF, ESI, Factories Act, Contract Act and Bonus Act.
· Pay-roll processing, Manpower Planning and shop floor Manpower management, M.I.S.
· Developing and implementing policies, personal files & data updating of employees.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
