Managing end to end activities from hire to retire.
You will be a trusted People Advisor to colleagues in various areas of HR within the complete employee life cycle.
You will partner with the HRBPs to support: employee assimilation, employee connect, performance management, employee development, pro-active employee relations and employee grievances, employee exit.
Employment and compliance administration related to regulatory concerns.
Complaint handling: understand the context, the problem and propose appropriate solutions.
Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, coordinating with vendors for BGV including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance
Maintain employee personnel records/ HRIS system.
Takes care of employee engagement activities like sharing welcome, birthday & anniversary e-mails.

4 – 8 years of HR Generalist experience in HR. Experience and a good understanding of supporting employees across the full spectrum of the HR life cycle – hire to retire.
Strong problem-solving capability, proven quantitative and analytical skills with a keen eye for details
Ability to manage projects independently and handle ambiguity with an open/ growth mindset
Exceptional interpersonal skills, judgement, professionalism, maturity, and trustworthiness
Positive attitude, ability to interact with a diverse range of people in a fair and consistent manner
Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to details
Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Good knowledge and experience of working with HRIS systems.
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
