Working with the partner sales organization, you will use your technical expertise and intuition for business to ensure our high-value partners (both alliances and channels) are able to grow their business by demonstrating the full scope of new relic`s product suiteYou will enable our leading partners by providing domain expertise and by building technical assets and solutions to address their specific needsYou would also be responsible for enabling the partner technical sales team to position new relic solutions along with partner solutions for greater value to joint customersYou will also be working with partners in customer deals advising on technical selling opportunities.

What you’ll do
Oversee the adoption, optimization, and integration of new relic’s products within a partner’s business infrastructure, platform, service or offering
Build technical assets such as workshops, solution packages, and applications to enable our leading partners
Evangelize new product features & provide partner and customer feedback to new relic product management and engineering groups
Work closely with the partner sales team to identify and qualify revenue opportunities through the partners and enable new relic sales teams on how to grow pipeline and revenue at customers using partner platforms
Assist the customer success team in the post-sales technical process: installation, deployment, training, technical check-ups, and critical issue management
Ensure timely resolution of partner issues by coordinating support responses
Maintain a deep understanding of the partner’s business as well as their technical environment
Your qualifications
Must-have:
10+ years of technical pre-sales experience
Experience working as/with services partners, msps and/or sis
Strong technical background and partner sales/customer orientation
Programming experience with a modern programming language (python, java, go, etc.)
Superior organizational and project management skills
Strong presentation & negotiation skills
Excellent communication, critical thinking & analytical skills
Nice-to-have:
Specific experience in application performance management (apm) concepts and/or other monitoring solutions
Experience with amazon web services (aws)
Experience of helping or advising customers on cloud migration, dev/ops adoption and/or digital transformation
Hands-on experience with react, javascript, html5 and css (or equivalent experience with other front-end frameworks, such as vue or angular)
Python programming experience
Javascript development experience
Open source contributions
Bachelor`s degree in engineering/computer science or equivalent
